The meeting was called to order by President Steve Gunn, WA2VQD, at 7:33 p.m. The flag salute was given.

Old Business
Steve brought up the idea of the club giving the snow blower attachment to Jim, K2PNA. This item came with the lawn tractor that was donated to the club by Earl Timmerman's daughter. Don, KB2VMR, made a motion to donate this to Jim. The motion was seconded by Nelson, KB2SVQ. The motion passed. Jim gave a $10 donation to the club after the unanimous vote was taken.
New Business
The slate of officers for 2006 was read by President Steve Gunn.
President: (vacant)
Vice-President: Nelson LaBarge, KB2SVQ
Secretary: (vacant)
Treasurer: Mal Adsit, KC2CUJ
Activities Director: Jerry Parkany, W2JMP
3-Year Trustee: Don Scee, KB2VMR
Ernie, WB2ASL, nominated Nelson LaBarge, KB2SVQ, for President leaving the office of Vice-President and Secretary open.
None of the members in attendance were willing to assume either the vice-presidency or the job of club secretary. In cases where only one person is running for each of the offices, it is customary to have the secretary cast one ballot to elect the slate of officers. Our current secretary has been inactive for the past year and nobody has come forth willing to assume that position. Therefore, a motion to have the treasurer, Mal, KC2CUJ, cast one ballot was made by Harry, KC2KYX. It was seconded by Jim, K2PNA. The motion passed and the slate of officers will assume their duties on January 1, 2006.
A motion to close the polls was made by Ernie, WB2ASL. Harry, KC2KYX, seconded the motion. The polls were closed.
Don, KB2VMR, and Jim, K2PNA, have fabricated and installed a secure way of closing and locking the double doors to the clubhouse.
Steve pointed out that the septic tank currently being covered with old plywood needs attention. Nelson, KB2SVQ, will obtain a large piece of sheet metal to cover the septic tank. This will be at no cost to the club.
The 50/50 drawing took in $18. Nelson, KB2SVQ, donated his portion back to the club.
A motion to adjourn was made Fred, KC2KBQ, and seconded by Cliff, KB2UQV. The meeting ended at 8:04 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Steve Gunn, WA2VQD (President)
